The hotel's online reviews were grossly misleading. Upon our late-night arrival, skepticism was warranted, but we proceeded to inspect the room after obtaining the key. While the room seemed clean, its outdated condition and moisture accumulation around the front door were evident. Given our fatigue and the unavailability of other hotels, we chose to stay. Regrettably, the next morning revealed a disturbing cockroach infestation, with the insects crawling on us and the walls. We managed to capture a few specimens and presented them to the front desk, only to find the manager absent. Following an hour-long wait, a 50% refund was offered, but it was never processed. Subsequent attempts to contact the manager regarding my refund were unsuccessful, as he was unavailable and claimed a lack of documentation regarding my stay.

A few corrections to be made for safety

Room was inviting except when we got to sink and bathroom-2 Kleenexes in box and 1/4 roll toilet paper with another 1/4 sitting on back of toilet. Toilet tank top was broken on the corner where flush handle was and sharp-could be an accident waiting to happen. Shower walls were cracked and filled in with putty and there was not one grab bar to hang onto, shower curtain had mold on bottom of it. Two of the wash clothes had stains on them and should have been tossed, Other than that it worked for one night

We like staying here. Unfortunately The jacuzzi tip In our room did not work but I did let the manager know. We hope it’s fixed by the time we come to the hotel again the first part of January! We love that room! It’s the only one we reserve

Cleaner than expected. Place is taken care of. I was worried form it being in the lower price end. Breakfast was comparable to what Holiday Inn offers. Would stay again.
