Clean, comfortable but missing amenities

The hotel was in a great location and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing especially Ginger and Zekiah. The downside was the room had very poor lighting. No lamp on the desk by the mirror so if 2 people want to get ready and use make up they have to share bathroom mirror. There is no freezer in the fridge which I always use to keep my ice packs frozen. There is no microwave and there is no fan in the bathroom to help with steam and odor. For the amount I paid compared to other places I have stayed in it was a disappointment. Also the pool was under repair which wasn’t stated on the website.

Great hotel though pool was closed

Great room, good breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. Perfect stay except we were very disappointed that the indoor pool was drained and closed for maintenance through the duration of our stay. The indoor pool was a deciding factor in choosing this property for our family trip and we would have appreciated notification that it would not be available.

Great property. I really enjoy staying here. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean and I just love the color and vibe of the room. There are restaurants close by so you don’t have to go far to get something to eat. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave in the room, but other than that is a nice place and I enjoy staying here.

Very friendly front desk staff. Hotel standards seem high. FOX News plays in lobby/ breakfast area. I would prefer to drink my coffee and eat my breakfast in peace. In this political landscape not sure why Hilton/ Hampton Inn would think that’s OK!

Loved the breakfast and the hotel was clean. A little disappointing that the pool was out of service, since this was one of the reasons we rented it. My nephews wanted to go swimming but I understand that things happen that are out of their control. Overall great place, would definitely stay again!

This is a well maintained property and our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and included waffles, eggs, bacon, & potatoes as well as cooked oatmeal! Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Bait and switch

Hotel tried to downgrade us to a different room at check-in. When confronted, we were told that they were sold out. Only when I requested a re-book at another property in the portfolio did I get the room (on-site) that I had initially reserved.
