The room was clean. The pool now closes at 11pm so we enjoyed a little bit of swimming before going to bed.

The bed was comfortable. The air and heat worked good. Liked that curtains went down all the way. Liked the soap, lotion and conditioner. That was a nice touch. Wish the bathroom mold was not there. The tub made loud cracking noises. Was a little scary. Also, it looked like all the mirrors and TV were cleaned with something oily. I took a dry cloth and cleaned them.

The tub did not drain. We traveled with our 16 year. Only one of us was able to shower. Behind nightstand was disgusting. Candy wrappers and dust from 5 years ago. Room door hallow you can hear everything

The comforter on one of the beds appeared to have fecal matter on it. I kept removing the comforter but the cleaning crew kept putting it back on. I have pictures if you need them. The floors and floorboards were dirty and damaged. The shower had spiderwebs. The air conditioning unit was loud and kept turning off and on all night making it impossible to sleep. I won't stay here again.

Check in was flawless. The attendant was knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and friendly. The lobby was clean. The room was clean. We haven’t experienced the pool yet but it looks clean. My ONLY criticism so far is the hotel needs to be updated, it is old and out of date…
