Perfect for Nurses, Doctors and Professionals. Conveniently located in Downtown Charleston. This large, light filled studio apartment is available for 30 night minimum stays. The unit features a huge private balcony & has its own private entrance. The building was completely renovated in 2015 and showcases modern design & decor. One off-street parking space is included at no additional cost. Great location with quick access to surrounding areas. Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible.

The Space:
The studio features a Queen size bed, cozy sitting area, and a quiet private workspace. The ensuite bathroom features a large tiled shower. The large private kitchen includes a full size fridge, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, toaster oven, and cooking tools/utensils. This unit has its own exterior private entrance with keypad lock.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to their private apartment + private balcony.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in one of the most vibrant downtown Charleston neighborhoods. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. You'll have a wide selection of walkable coffee shops and restaurant options. A few of our favorites include Daps Breakfast & Imbibe (0.2 mile), Chasing Sage (0.4 mile), and Little Line Kitchen & Provisions (0.2 mile). For our traveling medical professionals, MUSC is a quick 10 minute walk. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!

Getting Around:
One off-street parking space is provided if guests have a vehicle. If not, Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area. Your best bet is to park your car, and walk, bike, or take an Uber or Lyft (5 minute ride to anywhere else downtown).
