All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was and that we could get an air fryer to use. Our stay was great. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was not clean. The pillows had multiple stains on them. The sheets were also dirty. You could hear the neighbors tv and beware of strong smelling food odors from neighboring rooms cooking. We had to request new pillows and sheets. The bathroom is small and the door almost hits the toilet when opened.

Charleston getaway

Staff is extra friendly and accommodating. Hotel is extra clean and updated Location is good, close to everything Walk to the park down the street was nice. Will definitely stay here again

Nice suite!

The room and bathroom were both spacious and we did not feel cramped. Having the kitchen and amenities like a microwave and large fridge was really nice. The only critiques would be a larger counter in the bathroom and a mirror over the desk so it could be used as a second place to do hair and makeup.

Loved our room! We did the two bedroom two bathroom suite and it was perfect for our family. The staff was very kind and always helpful. I was happy to find coffee and tea in the lobby. The only drawback was parking. At night when we were to return to the hotel, there were no spots and we had to park across the street in the overflow parking lot. Not a busy street to cross which was good. No big deal really but it’s what takes my rating from an excellent to a good. I thought the location was perfect to downtown Charlotte. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
