Has potential but is poorly maintained

Nice agents working there but was understaffed and no housekeeping was on site. Poorly managed as property could use the support as staff was friendly and did everything we asked. But you can clearly tell that management is trying to save on money for regular maintenance as rooms had broken shower heads and lamps in room and marks on walls 2/5 review

You were told about this parking arrangements which are horrible and for anybody that has or a need for a disability parking spot with nothing next to it the bathroom reeked of smoke the whole time it was coming through the vent and we heard another person complaining about the same thing at the front desk.

All good except having to pay to park

Everything fine , tv didn’t didn’t work had to call maintenance, the thing that still amazes me we had to pay to park !, and we got back late and there wasn’t one spot left all I got was “sorry sir just find what ya can “

Guests above us were clearly SMOKING and traveled down to our bathroom vents which then made our room stink like cigarettes. I called the front desk to complain so I’m hoping they found and fined the culprit. Also - having to PAY for parking and not have (any) parking spots is ridiculous especially when you’re a Hilton Gold Member.

Feels like Home away from home. Would stay again.

Anniversary trip to visit Charleston. Our King Suite room offered many comforts of home. We especially liked the convenience of having a kitchen! Overall, room was clean and comfortable, showing a small amount of wear, but nothing that detracted from our stay. Breakfast options were better than your average hotel and staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to the interstate.We'd happily stay here again.

Everything was good until we started to get ready for bed the first night. Noticed dried vomit on the walls, bed sheets were stained with some kind of black stuff, there wasn’t a dessert on the opposite side of the bed and the outlet wasn’t even close to the bed to charge the phone, and then the toilet stopped working. Over all cleanliness was poor. I expected more since the hotel had great reviews, but was sadly let down. Won’t be staying here again.
