There don’t seem to be many hotels on Folly Beach, mostly air bnbs so options are limited. Tides is a decent hotel but could offer and do more. -A shuttle service to/from the airport and Charleston would be nice. -Recognizing special occasions like birthdays would be nice. -No shower caps available in the room. -Housekeeping does the bare minimum. There was water on the bathroom sink before I left and still there when I returned after housekeeping had come through. They left a cup of water out, basic things that other hotels would have cleaned up. -I like the different flavors of water each afternoon. -The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Nice room comfy bed. Odd situation with bathroom sink hot water. It wouldn’t get warm unless shower was also turned on. The girl at reception listened and then said “how odd”. We agreed it was. As we were checking out we don’t know if or how it was resolved

I love that everything was so close and convenient. The staff was extremely helpful. Really great time driving so I got in early in my room was ready and available. There was an issue with the elevator being broken. It was currently being worked on. Everyone was lovely and trying to be patient with the situation I will definitely be back

Our room was very clean & we had a great ocean view. I didn’t like the small patio,(porch )not much room to sit (30 inches). Only one elevator was working most of the time. Jeff is the person who helped us in & out with our luggage & he was very friendly & great. It was great! Water pressure and temperature was a little difficult and the pipes in the walls were noisy. Other than that, it was wonderful! Would stay again!
