This used to be a good brand. This location is more like a Motel 6. Just setting expectations. A bare bones safe OK facility. At night check in doubles as shuttle driver, which is weord to arrive and not be able to check in until shuttle comes bacl.

The property was nice, but older. The curtains were off track on the far end, the shade had a tear in it, the flooring was cracked, the lamp was broken and glued back together, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the deadlock on the door did not work (and we really tried!), the HVAC made whirling and gurgling noises when it was on, my husband heard a beep all night long, the refrigerator was loud when it came on, and there was a constant underlying buzz/hum that was not related to the airport. I'm sorry to the owners for this review, but we got the room great at a great rate!

The mattress sunk in the middle of the bed closest to the bathroom. It needs to be replaced. The staff were professional. The lobby and dining area were very nicely decorated. Rooms were soundproof. Didn't hear the planes or hwy traffic.

I make a reservation to this place Sunday to Friday this week because we work at night on the airport and then we go to do check in at 4am on Monday They said you’re not allowed to this reservation we cancel Sunday at 12:00 am because not buddy come to do check in earlier they changed their reservation and they canceled but they said we can’t refund your money because you can’t get it before 12 but they changed 5 nights I don’t understand why can’t I get it if I ready pay for it!

It took a very long time for the shuttle to arrive and the only reason we stayed at the hotel was its proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle. I would not stay at the hotel again as I did not find it clean and the airport shuttle took a very long time to arrive at the airport.
