This hotel looks NOTHING like the picures on the Expedia site. I have reported this bait n switch to Expedia. This is a dump. Dirty, smelly, sketchy people all over the place, smoking and whispering to each other. Makes me wonder if they charge by the hour? Front desk clerk is a liar and charged me claiming i was a noshow to avoid refunding me because once i arrived at the property at 10PM i would not checknin there due to aforementioned reasons - good thing i was recording him saying he would not charge me which i will be proving to the BBB, Expedia and my CC co when i file my dispute . Liar, Gross, Dirty, Thief and Dangerous. STAY AWAY.

Hotel clerk lied and said he didn't have my credit card information.And I would have to ask expedia, not to charge me because we did not want to stay there due to the conditions of the property. We left at ten o'clock at night.Never even checked in and found a safer location. The next day I was charged. I spoke with expedia, they advised me.The front desk clerk claimed I was a no show. I described the property, the front desk, all the security cameras.The tile, the disgusting conditions of the bathroom in the so called lobby, etc... The front desk clerk refused a refund, still claiming no show. This guy is a liar, expedia fraudulently shows pictures of a decent property which in no way reflect this actual property.So it's very much a bait, and switch. Of course.I will dispute the charge and show proof via timestamped car camera that indeed I was there speaking with the front desk clerk when he tries to claim.I was a no show at ten o'clock at night. Nasty disgusting property matches his demeanor. Find somewhere else unless you're into this type of atmosphere
