Front desk was courteous and quick. No issues. Room looks great. No issues Bartender was not personable. He was grouchy and couldn’t crack a smile. He looks miserable and shouldn’t be working with customers.

Initail rm on 4, moved to 6 at our request to be on city-side room ( traffic noise). Room clean but not fully functional, toilet valve closed, showerhead missing. Did not note showerhead until following day but managed. Front desk considerate upon hearing.

The room was fine - the staff was fine The price we paid for this hotel was not commensurate with the quality we received. The facility is old - nothing is soundproofed and it was a place to sleep but I would not recommend it

Room was cleaned but carpet and couch had stains. Traffic was heard all through the night, preventing sleep! We were on the top floor which may have contributed to this. Only slept well one night, when it rained. Traffic sounds were muffled, speeds were most likely reduced for safe driving. It’s a shame because the location is perfect. They also charged $25 on our credit card for “incidentals” which we did not have any of. Refund takes a few days the desk clerk said. This most likely will prevent us from staying there again.
