The baseboards were dirty, there was mildew around the picture that hung above the bed, and there were bed bugs. I will never stay at this hotel again. Completely put a damper on our plans.

The E check-in was ridiculous because if you refused to put a picture of your drivers license on at the bottom then absolutely nothing else you would fill in, so the entire process was worthless and didn’t come up as I had a reservation at all. I took a lot of time to do it and feel it’s risky to have a picture of my drivers license put out there!

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, our first night we woke up several times through the night due to loud toilet flushes we could hear above us or adjacent to us and some clanking sounds. Also, the window is either single pane or not sealed well because we could hear traffic in the night. The hotel is set further back from the street, so this shouldn't have been a problem. Our second night was quiet. The location was great. Near the interstate. Near many, many dining and shopping options. Overall, this was a good stay and we'd consider it for our next visit.
