Our family trip was good. I booked my room here because the site said it had a pool, this would be great for our children to keep them occupied while the others go to the casino. but when we checked in there was no pool. Other than that our stay was great.

Our hotel bathroom was dirty when we checked in. There was a used razor still in the shower as well as an opened can of shaving cream as if the cleaning staff never even touched the shower when cleaning. The towels had stains on them. And the staff were very rude. The only good thing about this hotel was how close it was to the casino.

Please be advised when booking through a third party site they can downgrade your room to something else than what you paid for. The staff member that checked me in was very rude and not pleasant at all. I spoke with the manager and she had more pleasant attitude seemed to care and told me what I needed to do.

Spacious Room, friendly staff, comfortable bed and quiet. Only thing I was disappointed in was the shower. The tub area was extremely slippery and the shower curtain hung into the bottom of tub about 4 inches too long. It felt tight with the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers up at the front instead of the bottom end of the shower wall.

Great time !! Will stay again

Stayed at Fairfield Marriott Cherokee for the first time. Every year we visit Cherokee for my fiancé birthday and he enjoyed him self . Easy access to the casino we didn’t need to drive any where we were close to everything we newsss for the weekend . Continental breakfast was great made home breakfast in Brad waffles , eggs, sausage . Etc. the only thing I would ask them is to replace old items . The icecream cone I bought for 3.50 was stale it was not good at all .
