Great location for Maggie Valley activities. Joeys Pancake House is just a short walk across the street for a GREAT breakfast. Wanda, the Inn receptionist was friendly and helpful!

Situated right on a mountain creek, our room was directly by the water. A swing sat right out our back door, where we sat and listened to the sound of the creek as it flowed by. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The clerk who helped us was super nice. She gave us a lot of tips and showed us some tricks to keep from locking ourselves out of our room when going out to the creek. This motel is as good as any five-star hotel. I rate it a Fabulous Five Star.

Exceptional Lodging!!

What can I say about Jonathan Creek! This is my new GO TO lodging for Maggie Valley. I loved my downstairs room with a porch and the last night room with the fireplace was over the top amazing!!! It was like being in my own little piece of heaven! And they have like a zillion channels to choose from on the tv. I’ve never ever seen a hotel with that many choices! I love Jonathan Creek!

Easy check in process and friendly front desk staff. Room was dated but clean. Bed was not very comfortable and late night revelries were heard out back on the deck until well after 2 AM. Creekside views were great, perfect for morning coffee. Walkable to 2 restaurants and we enjoyed both. Room cleaning doesn’t exist between stays but you can leave your towels outside your door and they will leave clean ones. I’m not a fan of continuing with these Covid practices well after the fact. All in all a good place to stay.

The only negative I have for this stay is that there was not enough parking. Motorcycles take up a lot of the spots, parking one in each spot. We had to park across the street, late at night.
