The front desk was underdtaffed but the friendliness of staff more than mafe up for the wait. The room I stayed in was nice but a bit dated furniture wise. We had the 2 bedroom and the size was great. They need to restock the cutlery. The house keeper did not clean one of the tubs but everything else was ok. Fyi they clean the room every 3 days.

Staff was great but rooms are antiquated and mattresses are shot. I stayed in a suite where the door for the bedroom was not on the hinges. We couldn’t watch tv separately cause the noise traveled. I stayed in the bedroom and I had to turn the mattress around to attempt to feel flat and normal. My buddy who slept on the pullout couldn’t sleep week cause his mattress was shot and the frame of the pullout was broken with no support in the middle. We were in Virginia for intensive physical training and development class and were a mess every morning. Beware and don’t let the online pictures of the hotel fool you.

You have to be extremely careful with while showering there is no safety mat or stickers and I had to sit on the side of the tube to wash because it was too dangerous
