The shuttle picked us up on schedule at the curb at O'Hare and took us straight to the property. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was roomy and nicely appointed and amazingly quiet. The bathroom was clean and roomy. We especially liked the shower as it was easy to step in and out of, the water controls were easy to operate and the shower head was delightful. The breakfast and always-available coffee were much appreciated. There is a good choice of dining, shopping, ice-cream and services an easy walk across the street, but you have to be careful crossing the street as there is no crosswalk.

This hotel looks and even smells spotlessly clean and it is only a few minute walk to Allstate Arena! The beds were comfortable, the room was very large, and the water pressure was AMAZING!! Cannot recommend highly enough, especially if you are in the area for an event at Allstate Arena!!

The hotel was clean and updated. Loved having a walk- in shower. It was walkable to Allstate Arena for a concert that I attended, and there were multiple restaurants located in the shopping area across the street. The breakfast included was a nice amenity. It was also easy to get downtown using the shuttle to the airport and the Blue line L train. Light sleepers may not like the noise from the airport and nearby Metra, but it didn't bother me at all.
