I arrived at 10pm at night. The room looked good. Although, It had a weird smell as soon as you walked in and when I pulled back the covers just to check the bed I found two ants. Everything looked dusty, almost like they didn't wipe anything down. Other than those few things the room served it's purpose.

We got there pretty early in the am because our flight was delayed. The night attendant didn’t tell the daytime attendant that he had agreed to a late checkout so they were banging on our door Pretty early. In the lobby there were alot of teenage kids and they kept getting louder and louder. They wouldn’t stop yelling and they all kept running all over the place. It was very disruptive.

The staff when I checked in were very friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and looked great. We signed up for their rewards program for a free late checkout. However, when we asked about it the next morning , the woman at the front desk told us she can’t allow a late checkout because too many people requested it. She was not apologetic or polite about it. That and the messiness of the pool area and strong bleach smell make me not want to stay here the next time we’re in town.
