My Bday weekend

My birthday weekend was wonderful at the Hyatt! Customer service was outstanding thanks to Vanetta (Vanessa) one of the supervisor for the front desk and Amari. They went over and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but the best. They also gave me a special birthday bag filled with goodies. A wonderful staff and the deserve the recognition. Evening clerk charged the deposit twice. Claimed card was declined. Gave a high floor room but television was broken and couldnt stream. No microwave in the room. No EV charging options. No washer and dryer or at least thats what they told me. Jow do you have a pool and no laundry room? WiFi was abysmal and got booted off from my computer and work every hour. Television did not even have cable or any rental options when I was ready to relax. The star I'm forced to give can be for their housekeeping team. Oh and the free breakfast? Ha. If they feel like it they'll end at 910. Just to avoid making more after a large family came down and cleaned it out. Dont offer any of these things on your website if you are going to rip people off.
