Elevators were very slow and one of the exercise bikes in the fitness center isn't functional. Complementary bottles of water or a water dispenser in the lobby would be a nice touch. The staff was excellent though.

A perfectly suitable place to stay

The rooms are large and quiet. To my delight, I did not hear the people in the next room, no TVs, babies, or couples. I've stayed in this hotel several times and it's the best in the area for the price.

The place looks nice overall but there are some issues. The young woman who checked us in was great- friendly and helpful. The room had the smell of a guys gym bag and was dusty. The window covering had holes and did not keep out light. Breakfast was not well stocked. No yogurt on the first morning. I had to ask numerous times to get empty hot water and decaf coffee containers filled- was done eating before I could get anything to drink. Items like sausage (the only meat) and whipped cream for waffles were highly regulated by only putting out a few pieces at a time and refusing to replace the single canister once it ran out. Bananas were always green. A female manager was going around interrupting people while eating to try and get them to stop, take out their phones, take a picture of her QR code and link in to give a favorable Google review of the hotel. Most people seemed annoyed and replied they would do it another time. The TV had no functioning guide feature, hotel info, and was glitching the entire time when you could finally find a channel. The noon checkout was nice.
