My staying their with my family is splendid but will encouraged the hotel management to have microwave in the rooms. Thou i request for it and was given one in our room. And also the TV in reception is old i can berely see the screen.Apart from the microwave, the staff are so professional and friendly.

As I entered the building, I was disappointed in what this hotel looked like. There were dining tables in the small lobby, which made us think (I was with my family) that they were probably doing some renovations, but that was not the case. I thought that the staff member standing behind the counter was the cashier for the restaurant, but as it turned out, she was the front desk receptionist. The dining tables are used for the buffet breakfast and customers who would like to sit after ordering their drinks. The building is dated, but I had no problem with that. What I found to be a problem was that I started to have some wheezing on our first night at the place. My son also wheezed since both of us have a history of asthma. We had no respiratory distress for several months before our stay at the hotel. We figured the carpeting must have been the culprit since it looked like it could use deep cleaning. On the bright side, their breakfast buffet offered a variety of items, including hot food. The staff members were courteous and accommodating. There were plenty of parking spaces, and it was close to different restaurants. They had coffee and hot water (with 3 types of tea bags) by the entrance. Although the place has its positive qualities, my family and I will most likely not return to this Hyatt Hotel.

Parking area needs to be taken care of, there was 2 masive holes with not a cone insight to warm you of them. We also got black ice and the parking area wasn't salted ahead of time and my partner slipped and fell in parking lot.

Too many problems between the third party reservation and the property. Seems like the property staff doesn't want to handle third-party bookings. I will book direct next time. In addition, the overall facility was run-down - from temperature control to a general dinginess in the rooms.
