Decent room for the price, had to stay for the night missing a flight. Bought a few items from the vending machine in the hall, just saw on my bank account they charged me $5 each time I bought something, prices posted were $2 and some change -3.75. Scumbag stuff to set your card reader to automatically take $5 no matter what the posted price is. I’ll definitely be filing a claim with my bank.

That the room was clean and cleaning staff was nice butttt other locations provide refrigerator and coffee maker but not this location! Especially for it to be near the airport. Also not option for eating only subway. I don't like subway haven't had subway in years but basically was forced to walk and grab something. Location only góod for overnight.

Clean. Basic. A bit dated. Feels kinda old. But worth it for the price. Not all light and outlets worked. As others stated, the wifi is a bit slow, but okay: around 7Mbps. For the price difference compared to other hotels around I'd definitely stay here again. Felt safe. No shady characters around that I noticed.

I have never experienced like this before. We checked in early and we paid for $15. The room was clean and the staff were nice. It was decent for under 100 bucks. The second night when we went back to the hotel, we tried to enter the room but we couldn’t. We asked the front desk and our stuffs were moved to the storage. They gave us another room. The room filled with trash. The towels were all dirty and the sheet wasn’t changed. There was a cockroach running around. We needed to talk to the front desk again to get a clean room. They eventually gave us a room that we could sleep.

First room we got had some sort of a bug on the floor when we first walked in room. Not sure if it was a cockroach or not but the guy at the front desk was very helpful and gave us another room right away. Other than that, it was good and pretty nice for the price.

Was here for a work trip and stayed here based on other good reviews. However, our door was not aligned well so it didn’t close well. Also, the lock malfunctioned, so we had to request new key cards several times. The sink didn’t drain and only got worse our entire stay. There are not any “Do Not Disturb” signs for the doors even when we asked. We found out someone came in while we were out one day. We did not request house keeping. Overall, staff was welcoming and nice. Affordable but need improvements/updates.

Would never stay here again. Definitely deceived by the positive reviews. The room was disgustingly dirty, the window was open with no screen, the floors were abhorrent. The bedding had hairs all over and stained sheets. Everything was broken and beat up. I couldnt wait to get out of there. If its the cheapest in the area, there's a reason.

Staff is awful, with one exception, Jesus, who always made me feel welcome and was super awesome. The rest of the staff is ignorant. I called down to the desk a couple of times because of an issue the hotel caused, and the second time I called, the woman who picked up very stupidly said “ugh, she’s calling again” as she picked up the receiver so I could actually hear her. What a smart way to make someone who is already upset about YOUR SCREW UP EVER MORE UPSET. Hospitality? Please. If you’re looking for that, go elsewhere. I know I will.

Horrible experience. Only member of staff that is tolerable is Jesus, who is actually amazing. Otherwise, a complete mess. I extended my stay for an extra day, told the front desk, paid, got my key and parking permit for the new day. Left the hotel, came back, and all my things had been removed and all the food (almost $50 worth) had been removed. I go to ask at the desk, what the hell happened, and get a “I don’t know I just got here.” Then someone from housekeeping brings me, without a word of apology or explanation, a GARBAGE BAG with my belongings thrown in it. I’m furious obviously, go up to the room, call down to the manager and tell him how upset I am, to which he tells me that I didn’t let them know I was keeping them room that morning, to which I ask him how did I get my key and parking pass renewed? And he says he doesn’t know and he’s sorry, and that’s it. No attempt to make things right or compensate me for my belongings that were THROWN AWAY. I’ve stayed here many times before, never once have I left something in the room after I was supposed to have left. Don’t didn’t occur to ANYONE TO CHECK BEFORE THEY THREW MY BELONGINGS AWAY?????? Not only that, but after I hung up with the useless manager, literally 2 minutes later, another guest came to the door with a KEY FOR MY ROOM. After all of this, they were STUPID AND CARELESS RNOUGH TO GIVE ANOTHER PERSON A KEY TO MY PAID FOR ROOM. Unbelievable, I’ve never been so disgusted.

Always friendly staff. And very comfortable and comfy. The Rosemont area has plenty of places to eat or shop. It is my go to place when in the area for sure.
