Great location. Brand new hotel. The area is hectic and crowded with groups of people who are causing issues. There needs to be more of a police presence. I would expect the area has issues with crime. The area will not reach full potential until they deal with it.

4/5 stars but the view was top tier.

Very friendly staff, and an amazing view for the summer fireworks. There's some wear and tear from the tourist travel, but the design of the room is nice. I really liked the bathroom stylings. The food was just okay, and pricey, but that is expected.

The hotel is ok. There’s one actual restaurant and the food is average. Outside of that you can walk to the pier. The main advantage is being on the pier and the hotel really rides that as their main selling point because they can’t stand on their own too much. I stayed recently and had an extra 197 charged to my card that wasn’t on my receipt and I called to see what that was from. The guy who answered the phone answered with “hi. What do you need”. And when I said I wanted to confirm the charge he said what it was and then hung up on me. I’ve never had a hotel be that unfriendly. I work customer service so I know a lot of people can not be great on the phone. But that was unprompted and flat out rude.

The best hotel I've stayed in so far in Chicago. Loved the views and the facilities. Easy to navigate and close to all of the attractions at Navy Pier. Great location to explore the city. Ubers and cabs easily accessible.

The building and rooms were beautiful, and clean. You cannot beat the views of the lake and the night skyline. We had a problem with the elevator keycard access not working but security helped us out. My biggest gripe is not having more options to order for room service from ther hotel restaurant. We didnt want to pay $70 for two burgers, and we didnt want to go out after a long day of traveling. We did door dash pizza, and everything was fine. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

I stayed in a corner lakefront room that was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern. But the real highlight? The breathtaking views of Chicago’s skyline and Lake Michigan — truly unforgettable. I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
