Rooms are laid out well, but very noisy due to the large window in the living room area. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, and the rooms were incredibly hot even with the AC on. The shuttle service was great, but would try another hotel next time.

My stay was good, suits/rooms are spacious, updated and clean. My only complaint is the rooms have no microwave, but if you request one they can bring it to you room. Definitely will stay again.

I’m next to the ice machine, which I hope turns out ok tonight. I know that there are other rooms available so I’m not sure how I wound up being the person next to the ice machine. Checking in took a while and I had to scan my credit card three times. When the receptionist greeted me, I let her know that my day has been horrible. It was as if she didn’t hear me at all, so why ask? I’m exhausted. I’m grumpy. It took way too long to check in. There are people yelling in the hall at midnight. The corridor smells like cannabis. I just hope that I can get the rest I came here to get. 😩

The charge for using netlix, prime,etc., was totally off the charts, 39$ per vehicle is also a bit steep, occupancy tax isnt fair either but i must admit, we were in the O'hare neighborhood, hotel itself wasnt bd but the prices makes it ugly
