Patrick was amazing! He made our stay a memorable one! He was helpful and funny, and made our check in process quick and easy! Thank you Patrick! The hotel rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was a nice addition! I would definitely stay there again if the need arises!

Unfortunately was not what we were expecting. We stayed here for 2 days, just for a quick trip to see family. When we first arrived, we were checked into a room that smelled horribly like smoke. I’ve worked in hotels, I understand mistakes happen. So I went to the desk to request another room. Not even so much as an “I’m sorry about that,” the person working simply said “huh” and proceeded to change us to another room. In the second room, we didn’t have cold water working at all the first day. The water was scalding hot, and when you put it to the cold side the water just stopped coming out. We had to call downstairs the next morning (due to checking in at 8pm the first night) to ask about the cold water. We were told there should be cold water and they sent maintenance. Immediately after arriving, the engineer took off the front of the sink, changed something, and the cold water was on. Was just very frustrating and seemed like another oversight. Additionally, our main reason for booking was based on the positive reviews about the hotel being clean. I would probably rate the cleanliness around more of a 7 out of 10 compared to most other reviews. We had hairs on our toilet seat, stains on the sheets, and black residue in the sink. This could’ve just been a rough weekend for the property and I hope that others don’t have the same experience. The lobby was nice, and some of the staff members were very kind.
