Glass on the floor sheets dirty toilet was dirty fireplace was not working when they fixed it and I had it on for about 45 min it stayed hot after 4 hours still on this was for my girlfriend birthday was beyond disappointing I let the office know while im explaing to the woman the issues the guy who works there cut me off to ask what I did to the lights they were dimmed I told him the guy who came to fix the fireplace showed me how to do it and he was rude saying I domt kmow what you did but the light switch doesnt work . Im here in the office letting them know about safety issues and hes bringing up the light switch being dimmed maybe if they checked the rooms before having customers pay and stay he would know the fireplace even had to be fixed 20 minutes of me being there when i got ahold.of expedia to let them know they contacted somrone in the office the lady lied to me never noted my account the lied to expedia saying i never came into the office to fomplain when i have the proof on my dash camera of me walking in you can even see me showing them my phone om thier end they have cameras as well of me showing the m the glass dirty sheets its crazy that a plsce will go that far to cover their own bs just be honest cause if you go on the camera system on jan 26 2026 at 11:12 am can see im showing them how the toom was but keep up the unprofessionel business will contact the BBB next 👍

The room was clean, plenty of amenities. It was a peaceful atmosphere, the staff was friendly. When i went it showed however the did a fast upkeep. I will be visiting this place again.

Clean and quiet but the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattress had a plastic cover under the sheets that was loud and made us hot. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

This was a nice, affordable way to celebrate our anniversary. The property is nice and clean and so was the room. The fireplace was really nice. The heat/ac worked great. The jacuzzi was really nice and clean. There is multiple light settings for the room and everything was worth the price. The king bed was comfortable and the pillow were squishy but supportive. It gives you a nice cozy cabin feel with a few modern touches. I prefer more modern but it was still a great stay!

This was our first time at Champaign Lodge. My husband and I were celebrating our 18 year anniversary. The staff was incredibly professional, polite, and very helpful. The room was perfect, super clean, the jetted tub worked perfectly, and the shower was great! We tried the steam (sauna) feature of the shower and were not fans lol. It worked perfectly, just wasn’t for us. We LOVED the simplicity of the easy app connect features of the TV. I wish other hotels did this as it made logging in to our apps like YouTube and Netflix super simple. Great internet, fast, and zero hassle. The bed was too hard for us, but makes sense why as I imagine some patrons are tough on them. All in all, would definitely come back. Really nice way to get away for a long weekend with your partner. No screaming kids or weirdos made it all the better :-). Give it a shot! Really nice!
