Very nice stay. Close to CS Chico. Bed was very comfortable!! Breakfast could have used some hot food, but otherwise fine.

It was clean. My room was near Main street and I could hear traffic and the cars parking in the shared lot that were from the restaurant next door. I recommend having a room much farther away from the street. One bad thing, is that they don't tell you which room you will get until after you arrive for check-in.
