Very friendly staff, I was always greeted kindly. Check in/out was quick and simple. My room was clean and comfortable. I appreciate the no parties, no weed, no loud music policy. It made for a quiet and relaxing stay. Amenity areas like ice, laundry and pool were clean. Parking was a challenge since the motel had no vacancies however the staff accommodated that as well.

While waiting for my home to close, I ended up staying here for nearly 2 weeks, I moved from out of state. It was nice to have a safe and quiet hotel with super comfy beds to come home to and relax while going thru such a stressful time in life. The pool was clean, the staff is great and it was so nice to have breakfast options right at the hotel every morning!

Nice stay in Chico, Ca right downtown

Nice facility and room was comfortable minus the ant problem in the bathroom. Parking is tight with the yummy restaurant next door. I have a large pickup and it was difficult to find an easy in/out parking space.

Pretty happy with this place. They have a swimming pool. I didn't use it but it was nice seeing the kids enjoy it. Plenty of parking, good location, comfortable beds. Inside the rooms it was very clean, the exterior walkways were showing some wear. A/C was a little loud for me but I brought earplugs. Spacious room, spacious shower. In room coffee, refrigerator and microwave.

SO NOISY, impossible to sleep

DO NOT stay upstairs in or near room 215. LOUD clicking in the ceiling all night long off and on and a loud whine in the A/C. Impossible to sleep! When we checked out the next morning I very politely asked for a reduction in price or a refund. I even had video evidence of the noise. The guy told me “The contractor thinks it’s the water pipes” which means they’re well aware that there is an issue… and when they emailed me the adjusted rate, they had only deducted $25. Do NOT recommend.

I stayed 1 night and it was great. The room was nice and clean feels like new (renovated) The staff was friendly and helped me to check 3 hours before check in time. The outdoor swimming was nice. Breakfast was OK (they could had eggs cheese or something just to make it better) Free easy parking on site The room was great but internet was down for entire staying and I couldn’t work (bummer). Overall it was a nice experience.

Amazing Place for Chico State Parents

Don’t let the “motel” fool you. Rooms are great. Super clean and comfy and large. Service is so fantastic. We stay here because my kid goes to school in Chico. It’s our go to hotel!!!

Good Location- Renovated Rooms

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms had recently ben upgraded and our room was clean and spacious. The location was great too with a farmers market within walking distance. We only stayed one night but it was a good spot.

Property was clean. Only thing is parking might be difficult as it fills up fast and the lot is small. Also It’s right across this great icecream shop if you have a chance check it out
