Not clean and did not feel safe

The room was not very clean. We stayed 2 nights and when we got back to the room, the door was left open. No one cleaned room but someone left the door open. I did not feel safe.

They asked for paperwork for my service dog and then when I requested a refund, they got upset and irate with me. They wanted to charge me money for my dog. My dog is a service dog. I am a disabled veteran.

The place was dirty. They didn’t even try to cover up the filth. Water was brown. They acted like that wasn’t normal. We booked two nights but refused to stay the second because it was dirty. We traveled many hours and most of the hotels were booked or we wouldn’t have dealt with the first night. We asked for a refund for second night and he said he would talk with manager. We still haven’t heard from manager. Don’t stay here unless you like filth.

Horrible place.

This room was filthy, the floors were that tile that is popular now, needed to be scrubbed, my feet were black just walking to the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, there was human waste smeared on the walls.i had to wonder if anything had been cleaned. It was truly horrible. But there wasn't much to choose from in that area. They was a plastic trash bag full of "something" that we had to walk by to get to the car from the door.

We spent two nights. The property has not been maintained. We found a chair that the arm rest was falling apart. Dirty bed spread. Ceiling in the bathroom showed signs of water leaks. Noisy people in the parking lot I think smoking pot. Do not recommend.

The room my sister and I stayed in was VERY dirty. It smelled horribly. We sprayed it with Lysol when we entered. When we returned from our day adventure to the quilt show in Hamilton, we had to go to the office to get clean towels for the next morning. We found our room just as we had left it, dirty towels in floor and all. We will definitely find other accommodations next year when we attend the quilt show.
