The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. The front desk accommodated my request for a ground floor room and it was much appreciated. They also loaned me a US to NZ power plug and I’m most grateful for that. Housekeeping didn’t cleaned my room on the 1st day but promptly cleaned upon request, I think it was an oversight. The location of the hotel is also very ideal, a 8 minutes walk from the bus exchange and afforded the opportunity to walk in the neighborhood to enjoy the beautiful murals and street arts. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when I return to Christchurch in the future.

Good but smallush

The room & bathroom was a little small but bed was comfortable. Room, bedding & bath towels were clean. There was no room to sit down to eat even though there was a small kitchenette so we ate out at High Street Eatery (highly recommended- walking distance). Staff were good & helpful. Quiet area even though some guests were not. Overall a good overnight stay before flying home.

Good room with a huge balcony. Limited on-premises parking that has to be booked in advice. Public parking nearby has very inconvenient payment options - you can only pay for 12 hours at a time.
