There were some quirks that made it hard accessibility wise and just felt a bit disorganized. While the apartment was nice, well layed out, quiet and had good heating, Apartments 1 and 2 are at the far end of the building on another street, then had multiple sets of stairs to get into them, I had a sprained ankle at this time so it made getting in and out quite difficult. Also the TV in the main bedroom wasnt a smart TV so you just got Sky channels. Overall, I wouldnt not stay here again, but if you get either of these rooms, I hope you are mobile and your suitcases are small and light :)

We learnt the first night that NZ bed sizes are smaller than Australian. Consequently we had a much smaller bed the first night. Thankfully the management gave us a large bed and room that was new and greatly appreciated. The wifi did drop out in the second room but that could be because it’s so new

I booked the wrong dates and needed to change my dates to later in the week. Owners said no way and made me pay for days I did not even stay there. Cheap. Dicey neighborhood. Found used Kleenex under the couch. They owe me $.

We stayed in large two bedroomed two bath roomed apartment. It was well equiped and very generous in size. Stairs to upstairs mezzanine bedroom may be challenging for older guests. Overall pleasant stay.
