The staff was pleasantly useless. They were very nice, but unhelpful. Everything was very clean and the room was nice. The staircase in the room was a little weird, and a potential hazard of bumping your head coming out of the bathroom. Perhaps some cushioning on the edges of the steps. We did not dine there, so I cannot comment on the food. The location was great for us. Close to all sorts of food and bars.
