Filthy showers

I was a sales manager for one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world. I traveled all over the United states for approx 32 years. I stayed with one of your competitors for most of that time and now I know why. I never saw a hotel bathroom shower so filthy. Both of the units that you gave me had shower floors that were moldy, cracked and stained. I have pictures if you would like. I can't belive you put a guest in these rooms

Only Hilton I’ve stayed at that continental breakfast is an extra charge. Super sharp corners on bed frame that stick out into walkway. Nasty bruise on my knee and then I go to get in the shower and as I turn the handle it falls off and hits my toe! The staff was nice but I was very disappointed.

We did not get to enjoy the outside because of frigid temps. There were 2 incidents that happened during our stay. 1. evacuation from the inside because of fire alarms going off, because of smoke coming from pool area. Fire Dept came out. 2. vandalism of several guests cars in the parking lot. Police Dept came out.

Worst Hilton Garden I’ve stayed in. It gives your namesake a black mark! I will be surprised if this is still aHGI the rest of the year! Take your franchise name off it or demand a total upgrade. Really, mold in the shower, handle in faucet falls off, at best lukewarm water, I could go on and on! Dave

Paid a little extra to stay at this hotel for pool and hot tub. Hot tub out of service and the pool area not the cleanest especially the bathroom at the pool had black mold and the door wouldn’t shut. Front desk excellent. Highly recommend checking out distillery next door.

The property overall was great; however, the room and bathroom was terrible! The bathroom shower was peeling and cracked and tile pieces coming off. The bath product caddy was broken and fell on me. The fixtures were rusted and corroded. Very disappointed in the quality of the actual room when the rest of the property was nicely unkept.
