The rooms were very spacious for the three of us. The bathrooms were clean. No closet, but pegs on the wall with hangers, so it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was perfect, and everything that is needed (including really good apples and bananas that weren’t green!) the lobby had a pool table, board and card games, and lots of fun chairs to hang out. Hot tub was under construction, which was a bummer, but everything else was wonderful!

This is the first time we stayed at Tru hotel. The hotel was new, clean, and breakfast was good. It is in a good area, near to many shops, mall, and restaurant. The staffs were friendly. We will stay here again.

I tried to add another night to my stay and your staff made sure it was damn near impossible or completely miserable. At first, she informed me that I had booked through a third-party and could not extend my stay after she rambled on for a minute or two she said well I can extend your stay if you’d like so at this point, I’m pretty confused what I say OK first thing she says is I’ll have to move out of my room to another room that certainly didn’t make any sense if there’s a room available how about put the new guy in the room but OK I’ll deal with it. Next she says from noon to three, she doesn’t know if the room’s gonna be readyso it was at this point. I decided it was not worth staying at your property any longer if I was gonna have to pack and move and possibly wait three hours for a room I decided I just go ahead and go to another property won’t be back.

Supposed to be nice but really not nice. Floors feel dirty. Room wasn’t dusted. Bed covers were very wrinkly. I was even worried about bed bugs based on the condition of the room.
