Room was dingy, there was some sort of light that flashed inside the room the whole night, headboard and night stands needed some heavy cleaning, door was so far from ground you can see the hall lights and i was hoping nothing crawled under! I will not be returning...ever.

The surprise $108 charge, the terrible attitude of the staff and $108 fees for every single thing is the reason I have zero desire to come back to this particular place even though I like the brand. I wish the facilities were better at different places you guys own because this is a nice one, but all the fees and poor service is just a deal breaker.

Walls are very thin, and im not really a fan of requesting everything that was stated as "comes with the room" the black out curtains were nice. I just wish they stated on all websites that the pool was down and it was only a grab and go breakfast. The Tv was mounted in a weird location so watching it from the bed or the couch was a whole ordeal.

Poorly constructed and poorly hospitality

The room is wired very strange and you were unable to have the bedside light on without the kitchen light. This made it difficult to stay in bed and then turn out the lights to fall asleep. It also affected the charging capabilities of devices. The TV ha very minimal channels because they didn’t work due to a weak signal. There was also flashing from some light in the room. The breakfast was horrible. Should not be called continental. The muffins tasted stale and there was not thinks restocked. Yogurt had a weird flavor. The creamer had run out and the cup kept spilling by on me when a took a drink. The person that checked us in barely spoke loud and clear enough about policy and a welcome.

When we pulled up, the outside lights were off. The first room we checked into had the ac unit on the floor getting worked on so we asked for another room. The second room had no hot water and there was a dried brown smear on the head board. Now they are denying us a refund even though we were there less than an hour

The reviews on Expedia were all positive, which is why I booked this place, but if you look online, you will get a very different picture. The pool has not worked for months, but they do not say this. The front clerk was unpleasant, and the first room we were in was dirty and the door did not work. We moved rooms, which was better, but the beds are small, there are hardly any towels, and the breakfast was really nothing to speak of. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Reason I picked here was for pool. However Pool was closed for renovation. Every floor smelled like weed real bad. Toilet would randomly run water. Room was good size but bathroom was very tight. Door barely missed toilet. Booked for 5 people but came with 1 towel

Overall

My experience was great everything was nice and clean, I would just complain about 2 things one the water of the shower not hot at all I had to ask my partner 2 times to flush the toilet so I can get some hot water. 2 the smell in the hotel smelt like cigarettes weed and raw chicken, other then them 2 things my stay was nice they were helpful of anything I need I’ll give it 7/10
