Cloud Nine is a luxurious home tucked in the unique mountain community of Cloudcroft, NM. Views of White Sands, the Tularosa Basin and the San Andes Mountains beyond are breathtaking from this house. It is right on the edge of the Lincoln National Forest and within walking distance of Burro Avenue which features an assortment of shops, restaurants, and a local brewery. It is also within walking distance of the Village and Osha hiking trails into the National Forest. Come unwind and lose yourself in the picturesque views this home has to offer.
With three spacious floors, and a detached two car garage with a studio, there is plenty of room to accommodate large families. Upon entry you will find yourself on the main floor, featuring a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, open dining area (seating for all), and large living room with a unique Kiva fireplace. The large doors and windows offer endless views of the forest, White Sands National Park, and the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets you have ever seen. This floor also features a half bath, wet bar, pantry and laundry facilities.
The upper level features a master bedroom, with a king bed, private balcony, and a unique skylight above the bed to stargaze at night. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub with shower. In addition to this, the upper level has second guest room with queen bed and private bath/shower.
The lower level is a true gem and includes a recreation area with a sofa, chair, TV and a stocked cabinet with games, movies, books and more. Within the recreation area are two sets of triple bunks - one bunk contains three twin sized beds while the other triple bunk has full (double) sized beds. In addition to the bunks, there are two separate bedrooms (both queen beds) separated by a Jack and Jill style bathroom.
The back of the home has a large deck with three separate sliding glass doors off of the living and dining area. This is the perfect space to experience the fresh, crisp mountain air while enjoying your favorite beverage or meal prepared on the propane grill. The hot tub is located on the rear deck by the studio. You won’t want to miss the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over White Sands and the San Andres Mountains.
As an added bonus, the property will come with the use of the two car garage with a studio on the second level. The studio includes a queen size bed, lounging area and pool table. Enjoy a ping pong table for guest use in the garage.

The home is located on a very quiet road and provides a perfect vantage point with access to all the activities the area has to offer, hiking, skiing, ice skating, fishing etc. One other advantage is the availability of trash disposal as there are public dumpsters at several points in the village.
With so many extras, from stocked soaps, shampoos and lotions to books for all ages, board games, movies, snow sleds, plush throw blankets and much more, we make it easy to vacation! There is also available items available for use for infants and small children such as pack n play, high chair, bumbo, baby gates, child’s cot, plates/cups and utensils.
From the moment you enter we are certain you will feel as if you are on Cloud Nine! Luxurious house tucked in the mountains in the village of Cloud Croft NM. It is situated within walking distant of Burro Avenue featuring an assortment of shops and restaurants and just a few blocks from the lodge. We have a two car garage with plenty of space on the side of road for additional parking.

The house features three main floors with the top being the master bedroom which includes full bath and Jacuzzi tub with shower and second bedroom with full bath.

Main floor features half bath, large family room with unique Kiva fireplace, dining room area with seating to accommodate all guests. The gourmet fully stocked kitchen, every appliance and utensil you might need. Storage space in pantry, wet bar and double stack laundry facilities.

Bottom level has two sets of triple bunks, one being three single and the other three double, recreation area and two full size bedrooms with adjoining full bath. All three floors have strong internet wifi connections (upgraded to 1 gig). There are 5 televisions, all Roku/Smart throughout the home. There are DVD and/or VCR’s in the living room, bear cub den and studio. A plethora of old movies and DVD and VCR formats available for your enjoyment.

In the back of the house there is a full size deck with access from living area at three separate sliding glass doors. The deck has two tables, ample chairs, a propane bbq grill and hot tub. The views are spectacular as you can see white sands and the San Andres mountains in the back drop. It also faces west so the sunsets are breathtaking.

The house is located on a very quiet road and provides a perfect vantage point with access to all the activities the area has to offer, hiking, skiing, ice skating, fishing etc. One other added bonus is that the house is in walking distance or short drive to many gorgeous hiking trails.
