Cocoa Beach Club 232: n omistaa ylpeÀ 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', joka on Premium-rannalla sijaitsevien premium-loma-asuntojen suurin omistaja!

TÀmÀ 1500 neliön jalka rantahotelli on kivenheiton pÀÀssÀ kuuluisasta Cocoa Beach -laiturista. Se on tÀydellinen paikka lomallesi. Remontoitu ylhÀÀltÀ alas tyyliÀ ja mukavuutta ajatellen.

Astu sisÀÀn avoimen gourmet-keittiön keittiöön, jossa on ruostumattomasta terÀksestÀ valmistetut laitteet, graniittitiskit ja paljon luonnonvaloa. SieltÀ voit astua tilavaan olohuoneeseen, josta on nÀkymÀt upealle rannalle, tai rentoutua vuodesohvalla katsomassa ohjelmaa valtavassa 60 tuuman Smart TV: ssÀ. Keittiön ja ruokasalin vieressÀ on kÀtevÀ jauhehuone, sviittipesulahuoneissa ja vaatekaappi, jossa rantatuoleja ja leluja, jotta perhe voi nauttia.

Olohuoneesta kÀvelee suurelle parvekkeelle, joka on itÀÀn pÀin rantaa, möiseviÀ aaltoja ja Cocoa Beachin laituria.

YlÀkerrassa on kolme tilavaa makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on iso taulutelevisio Smart TV -sovellus nautintoasi varten. PÀÀmakuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, ensimmÀisessÀ vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa on kaksi kaksoset. SiellÀ on myös kuningatar rÀjÀyttÀÀ patja, joka kiinnitetÀÀn seinÀÀn.

Huoneisto on erittÀin keskeisellÀ paikalla aivan laiturin lÀhellÀ - ravintoloita ja aktiviteetteja kÀvelyetÀisyydellÀ. On myös suuri lÀmmitetty uima-allas ja viheriö suoraan monimutkainen nauttia. LÀhellÀ on paljon toimintaa ja nÀhtÀvyyksiÀ.

This condo is in a great location. Steps from the pool, parking lot, and beach. The porch has a great view of the beach as well. The condo was clean, well stocked with everything needed, and everything worked well. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed the condo. The beach supplies in the closet was a huge deal for us and we used it all! Some small details that we appreciate as a family that frequently uses VRBO: 1) Living room seating for up to 7 people. Most condos have a couch and maybe one chair. This has a full couch, love seat, and chair in the living room. 2) Beach gear as mentioned above. 3) Friendly and fast host communication.Overall, my family highly recommends this condo and we would definitely stay here again.

I was very happy with this property. The three bedrroms upstairs were perfect for my son annd his family.I slept downstairs on couch whih worked well. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It was very clean. Had a little problem with the screen door and they had maintenance right there. Great area. Five minute walk from the pier. I couldn't get my teen out of the pool. It is heated and very nice. Great condo and a great vacation. Added bonus we got to watch a launch from the beach. So cool!!!

Excellent trip

This condo is perfect for the whole family! Its view is stunning. You can have toes in the sand in 2 minutes from the door to the beach! The pool is calming and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with items you need. Also, the company is quick to respond to ANYTHING you may need! This is our second time staying here and we just love it!

Perfect location

The property and location are perfect. Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay. Nearby plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to, shops nearby. Saw 2 launches during our stay. Right near pier. Will stay again!!!

An amazing stay!!

Oh boy, let me tell you about this amazing little slice of heaven! It was like a dream come true for my wife and me. We decided to give the VRBO app a shot for the first time, and were we blown away! We were searching for the apartment that had the most magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean the moment you step out on the balcony. This cozy little home is absolutely amazing! It's got everything you need to feel right at home, from a fully stocked kitchen to a convenient washer and dryer. And guess what? You're just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach, just a quick two-minute walk from your front door. Can you believe it? It's like a dream come true! The neighborhood around here is absolutely awesome! You won't believe the number of shops and entertainment options available. It's like a paradise for families! You can find everything you need to keep your family happy and entertained. Trust me, my family is definitely coming back to this place in the future.

nice stay with great views

Ocean front property with nice views from the living area. Issues with the living room TV not working and shutting off randomly but other then that it was a nice stay. Note: Narrow stairs to bedrooms so if traveling with a senior like we were it might not work

Mostly Good

Fan in master bathroom was crazy loud and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. If it had been hot we would have been sweating our butts off. There is a sign that reads if the doors and windows were open the air conditioner wouldn’t work but we never left doors or windows open for extended periods of time. Soo there’s that.

Family friendly, a Wow location and view

Condo becoming a little dated inside, could use paint, wallboard repairs and caulking in showers. Location to pier, town, restaurants and beach were excellent. 1st class view of sunrise and rocket launches. Taylor, our liaison was outstanding as she checked in with us almost daily.

Paradise of the beach without the rat- race

Very nice updates to this somewhat aged property with the ocean at your fingertips. Great pool kept at a great temp if you don't want the pounding surf (also at a great temp! ). Perfect location across the street from a very well appointed shopping center with a Publix, and a nice variety of 4 or so eating places if you don't feel like cooking. The team who operate this property were top-notch!... keeping in good contact, assisting in changing our property when the original was going to be having renovations (which actually saved me a ton of money and got us into a much more pleasant atmosphere in the long run). They were EXTREMELY prompt and helpful with any question or assistance with all issues leading up to, and during our stay!!!

Lovely

I loved this property so much that I inquired about purchasing a unit there permanently. I did not want to leave. The complex is the best part of my stay. It is small and quaint and not a lot of people. If the real estate market/prices ever lower, I will buy a unit here.
