The man & woman that were cleaning the rooms we're arguing very loudly and using the F word alot, your coffee pods are no good, it was like drinking hot water with a splash of coffee. Other than that it was ok.

The room seemed clean, however, there were unidentifiable broken plastic pieces around the room from previous guests, I assume. The WiFi was down. The front desk informed me they had a "full house" so not everyone might be able to access to internet. Motel 6 website clearly states "WiFi Accessability" with no connotation that it depends on the amount of guests. What's next? The lights WON'T be on? The poor woman checking in prior to me had just picked her sister up from the hospital; her sister had been in a coma and was in a wheelchair. This woman had requested a first floor handicap access room to which she was told, "we have a full house and just don't have rooms left on the first floor. You may need to find somewhere else to stay." WOW. Just, wow.

Service was friendly. There was no shampoo or tissue in the room. I wrote a note with my tip requesting them, and still didn't get them. The bed was saggy and the pillows needed replacement

The stay was because of a fire in our home, so under a lot of stress. The hotel was quiet and the fact we could have our dog made a stressful time much easier. the rooms were comfortable and were nice and clean without a chemical smell.
