Cleanest hotel I e stayed at in 3-4 years! Actually walked across carpeting room barefooted and my feet were still clean! Entire hotel was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Actual sausage gravy, and was not a mix! Wil definitely stay again, and recommend to all my friends visiting this area. Staff was very pleasant, and even had a24 hour coffee bar with Lattee, coffees, mocha, and even hot cocoa! Big hit! Will be back! We have found our new go-to hotel in Columbia for hospital visits several times a year! Thank you Best Western Plus!

The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and it was hot. Good variety of food for breakfast. Well worth the money to stay here. Overall it was an excellent place to stay. It would of been nice if there was a hot tub and the water in the pool was too cold for anyone that is 50 plus years old. I will definitely stay again when I need a place to stay overnight. Sorry I don't have any photos.

My extended family and I (ages 11 - 71) were traveling over Memorial Day weekend. We were all impressed with this overnight stay.: affordable, upscale, CLEAN, welcoming and hospitable staff, and a real hot breakfast in the morning. We would love to stay again.

Comfortable king size bed, microwave, and fridge in the room. Surprised, and disappointed, that the tub/shower single handle water fixture produced only very hot water. There was no cold water for mixing to adjust water temperature. Informed the registration desk person of the problem, but no offer was made to correct the problem, provide a new room with a properly functioning shower, or credit toward our next stay at a Best Western hotel.

GFCI outlet did not work in the bathroom. Shower diverter did not work properly and the whole tub spout moved vigorously. There may have been mold on one side of the shower enclosure.

Overpaid

It was FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for ONE NIGHT. Linens were dirty, bed smelled like poop when you pulled back blankets, cigarette holes in blanket, coffee machine broke, only one singular person working the entire property after like 5. The only positive was the man that works the breakfast, he was a delight. I’m appalled I spent FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS, it was graduation weekend but still.

We stayed for 3 nights. Asked for room to be serviced. For the 3 nights, not once was our room made up. Only dusted, which we pointed out it needed to be done. Keycards had to be reset 2x. Evening rear parking lot had single men sitting in their cards smoking A substance that smells like skunk. We were there for a graduation , limited availability for area. Price gauging for what was offered. Front desk was lovely and attentive.

Great place to stay

The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had an area to work. Breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty. Overall, this three day stay at the BW exceeded my expectations.
