Megan was happy to help in anyway she could with our stay .room was clean area was . At the breakfast the chef in the mourning was there to help guest find everything even help them make waffles and such. all around great stay

Everything was good up until breakfast. The bacon was so thin you could see through it. It was so burnt and crispy. If you touched it with the tongs, it just broke up into pieces and the tater tots were so cold. You could taste the grease in them.

Excellent variety at breakfast. They had given the accessible room we reserved to another person, but they gave us the room key and we walked in on someone. Not cool. No other accessible rooms available, so we got a room in which we could not shower and a long way from the lobby. The clerk had to call a manager to find out if the hotel had any rooms with walk in showers. They did not. Check in took half an hour and then we had to return for more. Best Western's computer check in seems to take much longer than other hotels we visit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The battery of our carbon monoxide alarm died. They replaced it for us. The breakfast was good. We had a nice stay.
