Hopeful for better housekeeping next time.

Positive: 1) Hot water right away 2) helpful staff; front desk good communication. Laron was an excellent communicator! 3) very good breakfast 4) comfortable beds 5) Room lighting was excellent. Negative... 1) room with double beds. Didn't leave much room to walk around 2) Floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. 3) Our room wasn't cleaned the day we did not put out the Do Not Disturb sign. We were out most of the day so there was time for housekeeping to clean it. I ended up going to the laundry room and getting more towels.

Okay in West Columbia, SC.

It is looking a little worn around the edges. The room was much smaller than any other Hampton Inn I’ve stayed. The iron didn’t work at all. The front staff when I checked in was friendly. The location was fine.

Comfortable bed, but room was very small. Housekeeping were allowing doors to slam closed as they were cleaning the rooms. This caused our door to rattle everytime, so not able to sleep in. Clean property and convenient location!

The location of the property was not too far from shopping centers and the location where my son was playing basketball. The only issue we struggled with was my son could not connect his PS5 to the WiFi.
