The room wasn’t in the best condition. The elevators wouldn’t work when we were ready to check out so after more than five minutes of waiting we carried our luggage down four flights of stairs. The pool was also closed for unknown reasons.

We arrived after the allowed check in time, but was told the room wasn't quite ready and it would be 25 to 20 more minutes, we waited an hour and was told there was a housekeeping issue as we just sat in the lobby with our stuff and no attempts for any ammends or apologizes,
