There should be allergy free rooms available (no pets) for those of us who are allergic or have lung issues. I was told all rooms were pet friendly. This may cause me to not come back. Also, I'm an honors member but forgot to say so. I wished the check in clerk would have asked. Not a big deal but it would h have helped. :) Other than that everything was perfect and met the standard of why we keep coming back. Well done!

Have stayed there previously and have always had a good stay. Staff is friendly and helpful and the area is safe and quiet. Decor is somewhat outdated, but it is a good place to stay in the Polaris area.
