The person who checked us in was very nice. However, the entire place was pretty run down. The main area of the room was nice and clean, but the bathroom was dusty, and the toilet and walls in there were dirty, too. For the price, I would have expected things to be cleaner and less run down.

Not Hygienic

We knew what to expect from this stay, as we’ve stayed in many budget hotels before. Our expectations were not high, but cleanliness is not a luxury — it’s a basic requirement. Unfortunately, this hotel was not clean at all. The issue didn’t seem to be about being short-staffed, but rather a lack of proper management. While the room may have been tidied up, it was clearly not cleaned thoroughly between guests. For example, there was gum stuck to the shampoo bottle and residue in the sink from previous use — clear signs of poor cleaning standards that appear to be accepted by management. We also had serious doubts that the bedding had been changed. While we couldn’t confirm it for certain, we were uncomfortable enough to go out and purchase new sheets from a nearby store.

Great Value

Ive stayed at various Red Roof hotels and this is actually a pretty nice hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Previous reviews mentioned water pressure and parking issues and I agree with this but this is at no faut to the Hotel. The parking lot is small but its because it is located between many other businesses and I can see how parking is an issue when its very busy in the are. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest but, thats because the showerhead is an ECO-FRIENDLY design. Cant fault them for this either.
