All but one ice maker is broken. The clerk explained that a new owner was why the sign off says $50-100 but she automatically charged me $100. The bathroom on lobby floor smell like mold. Our room is nice except the vent fan in the bathroom is VERY loud.

You get what you paid for! Nothing works properly at this hotel. Stained sheets. Very old towels. Shower doors dirty and rusted. TV remote barely works. Pool super dirty. And breakfast was HORRIBLE! No eggs. No nothing! I regret staying at this hotel.

The room is average, and the bed was comfortable. The television did not work in my room, the pool is out of service. The patio furniture was dry rot. If you are looking to unwind and relax, this is not the place. Management and staff have trouble with comprehension. Because the television and pool were working, I asked for a refund. I was told "No" because the pool is a free service. I will never stay at a sonesta nor will I recommend to it too anyone. The customer service during my checkin was horrible. It was a disappointment.

It was a great one night stay for a concert away from home. The first desk was so respectful, kind, & attentive to all guests I saw her in contact with. Now, cleanliness, besides the make-up handprint stains all on the bathroom door & not vacuumed floor. Everything seems to be clean. The bed was comfortable but please work on the air ventilation in the elevator & the hallways of the hotels as it was extremely hot in those areas.

upon entering the room I notice an odor of (mold?) but once in the room I don't notice it. The room appears clean. I did have to defrost the refrigerator (no big deal but staff should notice that). I found absolutely no CAFFEINE tea in the room or at the pickup area or cafeteria, I had to drink coffee that I don't care for.

This may be the worst hotel ive stayed at so far in Georgia. When we got in the room we could see visible stains on the chairs, walls, mattresses and the drawers weren’t even clean. Crumbs and lint in every one. One chair in the room had mold growing on the legs. AC didn’t work and breakfast was only sausage and eggs nothing else.

I have been coming here since December when it was. Diamond in haystack. I never had any issues and staff is always helpful. My last two visits were not as pleasing as before as this is no longer a diamond and the cleaning is not as great as before. I still will go there if need be but I'm going to finish the rest of my week at another location and utilize some free points 😁
