Good old fashioned hospitality

Always love staying here and my dogs love it even more. I would live here if I could. Front desk by far one of the best check in experiences. Jesse thank you for your kind and friendly service. It always feels nice to be remembered, that made my day! . I also appreciate how the front desk tries to fulfill your specific requests. I stay at many hotels around the world and this place is definitely in my top 5. No complaints. Will be back again soon!

This is one of THE best, most customer focused staff, we’ve ever experienced. The rooms are great, we can accommodate us and our puppies. There are an amazing number of walking tracks around the hotel to walk our dogs. There are restaurants, grocery, etc close to the hotel. The breakfast is basic but plentiful! We love this hotel and have continued to book all our Bay Area stays here!

Overall, the stay was nice. The staff was very friendly. My only concerns were that the flat sheet and shower/bathtub were not as clean as one would expect. Also, the kitchen has an oven, but no oven mitt to remove items from within. They allowed me 30 extra minutes to check out, which was nice.
