Staff was great and very nice, But the amenities were not as advertised. No Pool, No Hot Tub, No Gym, No Iron, No Hair Dryer and I had to ask for pots pans and utensils. It wasn't bad. Our room the curtains was slightly damaged and would not block out the light from the outside but we put some clips and tape to keep the light out. Oh and wished it had a hot breakfast. The staff was very nice and did their best to make us comfortable.
