Nice room, but seems overpriced for what you pay. Breakfast although pricy was excellent. And it is very convenient that there is a place where you could work in the nice setting. Excellent location close to everything either by foot or by public transport. Big drawback - the black mold in the shower on majority of the joints, not something you would expect from a 4* hotel. Missing tea/coffee in the room.

Citizen M is always a good and reliable choice with comfy rooms and good facilities. The only thing that would be better would be having some plug sockets nearer the head of the bed, maybe even some usb ones!

The room was quiet and immaculate and the room iPad controls easy to initiate and use on my own phone or iPad. There was more space than I expected and everything was well thought out with thoughtful storage cubbies in the sink. If I were being nit picky, I’d wish for a couple more hooks by the door in addition the the two provided. We appreciated having the comfortable king sized bed, although, be warned, the person sleeping next to the wall/window will have to be agile enough to climb in and out! The breakfast was spectacular with high quality fresh food and healthy choices and a good value. Views from the 7th floor dining area of City Hall were lovely and the staff were always welcoming and warm, offering top rate service. Copenhagen Central Station is a close walk away as well as Radhuspladsen Metro station, making access to transport very convenient. There is a 7Eleven on the next corner to pick up anything quickly. We fell in love with Copenhagen and hope to return. We’d definitely stay at citizenM again!

Great stay in an amazing location

Great hotel that provides basic amenities with affordable price. Location is amazing, very close to metro and many shops around. iPad was very helpful too. Comfortable beddings and polite staff. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Copenhagen

Perfect for solo stay - Silent in the room besides sometimes the motorized shades from next door. Have to crawl off the foot of the bed but worth it to have the King size. More spacious than others said - 6'3" and easily able to do pushups on the floor. Would be tight to share, but definitely doable. Great location

The room is not huge, but consistent with the price. The bed was comfortable, but sandwiched between 3 walls. This worked for us, but may be an issue for someone else. The public areas were excellent. The staff outstanding. I feel like I got good value. The location is very good.

Great location, Staff were friendly, check in was easy. Didnt have breakfast but it looked nice. bed was comfy, nice and clean. our only issue was that the bed was closed in so could only access the bed from one side... if i needed the loo or to get out of ebd, i had to climb over my husband.

Great hotel.Walking distance to metro,train station,restaurants and cafes. The only real complaint is that there are only two English speaking tv stations, and they are the British SKY News, with local English news, and the Bloomberg business report.

Chic yet cozy — a place with personality

I am a vacation traveler that appreciates a nice room with all the luxuries. Initially we had booked an apartment rental through VRBO, which turned out to be a major dissappointment. The owners were MIA and we were unable to reach them. So we were forced to book our weekend stay at a hotel. There was a convention going on so that was no easy task. When we got confirmation at CitizenM we were relieved, but not expecting much. When we arrived we were greeted by a helpful, open staff. The rooms were oddly small, but quiet with modern lighting and a large comfortable bed. Sitting in the bar on the 7th floor was great, the view of the city and services were catchy, modern and full of personality. Since the location was so central we were able to experience the city with just a few steps. Special thanks to a kind, welcoming staff at all points.

Tiny but very nice and tidy!

The staff was lovely and extremely helpful. Everything was super clean and organized. My only complaint was the size of the room, but evidently they were all just about 9 ft. wide😳. All the amenities were there, but it was extremely compact. Great location!
