Spend the money and go elsewhere. Worst nights sleep we have ever had. The walls in this hotel are paper thin, you can hear absolutely everything from all sides. From peeing, to phone calls and even snoring. The rooms are tiny, pillows are so flat and there is no way the bed was a double. Only pros are heated bathroom floor and good location.

My room was well designed, even nicer than the photo online. The bed was comfy although the mattress topper would slide off abit. It was bright witb a good selection of lighting. It was a good temperature and i loved the heated bathroom floor, the bathroomwas a good size and well designed. The complimentary toiletries were lovely. There was good storage for clothes, bags et . The staff were happy to keep me topped up with coffee etc. I didnt use the mini fridge but imagine that it was idesl as a good size. The staff were so lovely, nothing too much trouble, greeted us with warm smiles and offered assistance where needed. The bag drop off storage was invaluable and much appreciated. Would return in a heartbeat

Super breakfast - excellent choice of fresh and healthy options (amazingly good bread and rolls) Clean room with everything you need Great location just a 5 minute walk to Lidl / trivoli food court Shopping a 10 minute walk Metro and train station 1 min walk away. Would 100% recommend and definitely stay again if in Copenhagen

The hotel was excellent. The only comment is that when you are wanting guests to reuse towels that you have lots of hooks to hang towels and clothes. Also a couple of collapsible stands for luggage would have been useful. But the room was clean and hall amenities. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Highly remommend!!

Some more options for parking would be nice. The breakfast was great. Lots of choice, the room to store the luggage was very convienient and appreciated; accomodating check in before the check in time when a room was available was very much appreciated.

Room was very hot even with window open 24hrs a day. Bed uncomfortable as it was not a true bed but rather a base with a removable top pad that moved easily while you slept. I thought the property was incredibly overpriced for our stay. Would not return. But convenient location to reach train/Metro.

The room and bathroom was very clean with great water pressure. Like most hotels in Europe their were no tissues to blow your nose. Found the door to the room could have been better as at reducing the noise from the hallway. To get to some rooms on 1st floor required about 4 steps. Most other 1st floor or higher floor rooms required about 15 steps up or about 10 steps down to get to the elevator. Bit hard with luggage. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Did not eat breakfast at hotel so can't comment. Easy quick walk to the central train station and a bunch of restaurants towards the Meat packing district just a few blocks away. Liked the location as it was fine and we had a room where the window opened into a central courtyard. Wifi worked well. Would stay here again

All you need to enjoy Copenhagen

Excellent location, the hotel clean and functional, with a nice patio in the courtyard. Exactly what we were looking for. Staff were friendly and responsive. The room was essential and practical, perfectly fine for those who want to spend most of their time exploring the city.
