We booked this hotel over another specifically to use the pool. The pool area and was so chaotic and unsafe my little one didn’t want to even walk into the pool area. There were kids pushing, shoving, screaming and spraying each other with a shower hose. The parents were in the hotel lobby but not watching the kids in the pool. I said something to the worker at the front desk but he looked kind of scared to go in there (I don’t blame him) it was that bad. I could have stayed at another hotel that didn’t have a pool but since we were bringing kids chose this one. This was very disappointing, I’ve been to a lot of tournaments over the years with my kids and have never experienced anything this chaotic. Not really the hotels fault just parents that weren’t parenting.

We were put in a 1st floor room (Room 100l) which is right next to the side entrance door. We did not get goodnight rest because we could hear the side door shut from the guest coming in and out of that door. The room was also too cold. The bathroom shower head has no pressire.

Card key fob didn’t work to my room upon my arrival. It was late and I was tired. There was 1 person working in the entire hotel. I Had to switch rooms. They eventually had to remove the entire door handle/lock on the first room and install new. I paid an outrageous amount to stay at this hotel due to a busy weekend on Iowa campus. I was not pleased how they handled the card key situation for how much time I was waiting around for a solution. I was reimbursed zero for my inconvenience.
