Property is close to CVG airport and had ample rooms. Restaurant closed at 10 pm and we were rushed to order. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in staff seemed new and inexperienced and we struggled to understand them and the charges but our room was okay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location close to most things. It could use some updating starting to show its age. Pool area was nice. But spa and sauna coukd use some repairs. But ither than that grwat check in and great checkout.

Love the lobby and the fountain, beautiful. The rooms are dated and could definitely use new carpet, bathroom remodel, and furniture, but the room was very clean and that’s of number one importance to me. The room was FREEZING! The air conditioner would not turn off and when you turned the thermostat up, it had no effect. The front desk offered to move us, but since we were only staying one night, we elected to stay in the current room. They offered to bring us blankets, which they did right away and said they would report the issue to maintenance. They were very responsive. Front desk staff was great.
