The lady who check me in was very un-welcoming. She did her job and that was about it and actually felt we interrupted her evening as she exited from a back office when we arrived. When we entered the room is was a very nice room however the toilet paper roll holder was not attached to the wall. Very evident that the cleaning staff was aware of the issue at it was balanced on the tank of the toilet.

Everything was fine except for housekeeping. They were vacuuming at 9:00am and also had a speaker full blast while cleaning other rooms. I couldn’t get any sleep and they woke me up.

There was only a white see through blind at window. The parking lot lamp shined so bright in our room that it was like sleeping in interrogation!! We tried putting up towels to the window but was of little help. Got little to no sleep!!! Holiday Inn. Do Better! I am sure this is not the first complaint on this!

Not worth the price

For the price I do not recommend this hotel. Service was subpar. I travel a lot and I have never called down to get more towels and them tell me I have to come get them no matter what time it is. The tub was not cleaned very well at all, and there was orange residue around the faucet and a slimy texture to it. $889.00 for three nights, Thursday thru Sunday, I expect more. When we go back next year we will stay somewhere else.

Best stay away home

Amazing location , great customer service . We love Linda & Deanna at the front desk . The breakfast was very fresh and clean. Very comfortable stay . I will be back next year.
