Great location .. convenient and do much around !! Only issue was a really needed ground floor (requested when I booked on line) but only had rooms on 2nd floor or higher available. I managed, but I thought the request on the booking months earlier would have secured it.

Staff was fine. Breakfast was good. Breakfast area was welcoming and clean. Sad to say that both beds were uncomfortable. The pillows wouldn’t stay “fluffed”. The worst thing was at 5am the floor above our room, seemed very thin and we were disturbed by their walking and running around.

The breakfast was overcooked and very limited. Very picked over before it closed at 10 am Saturday. I had a sleepless night the first night the maid came and I asked her to come back the next day. She came back that afternoon and had another person with her when they knocked again forcing me to get out of the bed and answer the door a second time to ask her again to come back tomorrow. I have many medical issues and had been up all night! Our plane does not leave until 6 and we asked for a late checkout 3pm they would only give is until noon. They were not booked up and could have accommodated us. The best thing about this hotel is front desk person and pool and hot tub.
