Four of us were planning to spend a night before an early flight the next morning. We got to our first room, unlocked the door with the keycard, and the chain was locked. As we looked inside, there was a hotel employee sleeping in the bed. He immediately jumped up, made the bed, unlocked the door and stepped across the hallway and entered an employees-only room. Front desk was surprised, and immediately moved us to a second room, which had not been cleaned - there was a bottle of baby milk/formula on the counter. Again front desk was surprised and offered another room. Third room had water coming up from under the tiles on the floor, and mold on the floor. Needless to say, we did not stay the night. Front desk would not let us speak to a manager and despite multiple requests no manager ever returned a call. Thankfully the front desk refunded our money (which had to be received by calling Expedia), but what a nightmare. I will never consider staying at Quality again, and will be reporting this to corporate as well. Disgusting.
