Floor was dirty and stained. Accent chair stained and dirty as well. No body wash or conditioner in the shower. Two lights in the suite did not work. I had to wait 10 min for someone to check me in.

I stayed at this hotel three years ago and chose to return based on that prior experience. Unfortunately, I was completely disappointed this time. The suite unit was not worth over $200 for one night—it felt more like a motel than a hotel. The floors were dirty with visible stains and clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. The windows were grimy on the inside, the office chair was broken, and the bathroom wall was deteriorating with rust stains. Given the condition of the unit, I believe a partial refund is warranted. However, the staff informed me that they couldn’t offer one because I booked through Expedia. The only positive aspect was the good food selection at breakfast. Next time, I’ll stay elsewhere. I won’t be coming back.

Clean and Quiet

It was a hard place to find because the road signs are not the same as the address of the property. Maps had problems! Right off the interstate in a nicely treed section. Very quiet. My only suggestion would be to have the room dusted better in the bathrooms around the picture. A high lint or dust area. Black shows dust/lint easily.

Property is in pretty dire need of updating. Carpet is worn, paint peeling in room. Pretty dingy. Pool was dirty, cold. For the price is wasn't hateful but wasn't great.
