Best part about staying here was the breakfast - and it was really the wonderful woman serving breakfast that made it so enjoyable. I don't remember her name, but she made the experience much more enjoyable.

The hotel is understaffed and under equipped. Our room is lacking pillows and bedding. The bedding eventually showed up, but the pillows never did. A lack of security at the facility meant that rowdiness went unchecked at all hours of the night. The pool was out of commission because there was nobody to clean it and it is showing its age. The kids spent about two minutes in it because it was too cold. On the other hand, breakfast was great, I would eat there again. (But will definitely be staying at a different hotel!)

Property was conveniently located. Nice to have a pool and spa. Miss Z the breakfast coordinator was amazing. Few issues were that the beds are hard as rocks. Not ideal after moving furniture all day. The spa jets didn’t work. The pool area was flooded due to the pool being overfilled and drains not working. Elevators went down on the day we were leaving and we are on the top floor.

Pool had 30 kids in it, screaming- I couldn’t even speak to my guest staying with me, right next to me due to the noise in the area . Kids were aplashing, throwing balls, hitting other guests in the head. Hot tub was not working- yet people were in it. No room for anyone. It was way over crowded. Noise all night long. And early the next morning- kids screaming. Over all was a good location. But I’m not sure if it was the time of the year or what. This was NOT my experience last time I stayed at this location. Disappointing.

Miss Z at Breakfast was amazing. What a wonderful, refreshing person she is! She gives 110% to her job as well as her guests. She even took time to pray with us when she heard that our family was going through some medical issues. Our room was clean and comfortable. Wish there had been a microwave in the room.

Gross pool and broken hot tub

We booked this hotel due to having a hot tub and pool. The hot tub was broke and the pool was slimy and dirty. When i told the front desk they said their pool guy was on vacation. They literally closed the pool after I told them how disgusting it was. The absolute best part of staying here was morning breakfast with Ms. Z. She was pleasant and funny. I attempted to upload pics; however, was unable to.

Wasn’t worth the trip

I booked this stay for my son, I get there mind you at 4:37 an hour and a half past check in…… and the man at the from desk asked me if I wanted to switch rooms I said nooo, I’m sorry I thought I booked a king and he said you did but that room is not ready, but let me see what I can do *a classic I have your room to someone else* We get our room, the hot tub isn’t working correctly, & that’s one of the only reasons I drove 45 min to this hotel& because I’m IHG rewards member, we got awoken at 4:15 bc someone lit their bed on fire on The second floor, breakfast was mediocre, eggs and biscuits were burnt,! I am so disappointed in what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend for my partner and my son now has my son completely terrified of hotels.

Staff lied about hot tub

We called ahead to make sure the pool and spa were open. We have a kid, and swimming was a priority for him. The front desk staff assured us that they were both open and working. After check-in, we head to the pool. It is very cold, and the hot tub jets are disabled. I think they are updating, but the springy old mattress there was better suited for an army barracks. Not a huge issue, but I also couldn't get my streaming TV device to connect to their WiFi, because of a multi step verification process. The breakfast was pretty subpar. Between the bed, the hot tub, and the breakfast, I was disappointed with most everything that is important to me about a hotel stay. It was clean enough, and there was a fridge in the room. The staff was never anything besides polite.
