Upon checking in, they asked if i was ok with being in north tower. I said yes, but i wasn't aware of the elevator issues, nor the inconvienve of beach access, and parking, nor did they inform me. I chose the $35/day parking option across the street. They didnt mention it was first come first serve. Meaning i paid for it, but if i left i may not get my spot back that i paid for. The steps to the beach were nonexistent from the resort, had to walk all the way to the peir to get to the beach. 2 of the 3 elevators on the north tower were broke. The last night there, people were waiting 30+ mins in the lobby for the elevator. Staff didn't care. I had to make a fuss to get them to let us use the service elevator that previouly they were against letting us use it. They had leaking ceilings with buckets catching the water. They had homeless people all over the place.
